1. Acceptance of Architecture

By accessing ByteBuster Tools, you acknowledge that you are executing deterministic JavaScript utilities locally on your own hardware. We provide the structural framework (the HTML/JS payload); your machine provides the compute environment.

2. Liability and "As-Is" Provision

Because all processing—including file conversion, encryption, and data generation—is handled entirely by your local CPU and browser engine, ByteBuster Tools assumes zero liability for data loss, browser crashes, or hardware thermal events. The tools are provided "as-is" without warranty. If you attempt to compress a 4GB image on a low-memory mobile device, your browser tab will crash. This is a limitation of local hardware, not our architecture.

3. Fair Use & Automation

While the architecture is free to use, aggressive automated scraping or programmatic abuse of the edge-network delivery system (Cloudflare) that triggers DDOS protections is strictly prohibited. You may not iframe our utilities into commercial products without explicit consent.
